Seasonal interior arrangements using wood
Christmas is an excellent opportunity to stimulate our creativity mainly in the culinary context of the preparation of a variety of sophisticated dishes, the arrangements of the Christmas table, but also for reflection on the overall design of the interior. The concepts that we have followed during this period often refer to natural materials, warm colors and are perfectly compatible with the textiles and other additives present in the interior. The design ideas that make the holiday finishing note feel will guarantee a harmonious, consistent and warm interior that will keep you going for years.
A wooden floor that we focus on as the first floor is certainly a distinguishing feature of every living room and dining room. In addition to the basic functionality it performs, it also optically enlarges the surface, provides a kind of background for furniture, while the exterior design of the board adds elegance and sophistication to its unique finish. The recommended species that evoke the heat of the family focal spot certainly include oak wood, ash, both in a natural finish and covered with a light-colored cotton bud, but also exotic mahogany kosipo. All these species are so versatile that, depending on the additives - decorative elements - they can introduce the interior into a completely different climate.
Native wood species and these African species "work well together" with red and green - traditional Christmas accents in the form of spruce twigs, a thriving betleian star against the background of snow-white tablecloths that dominate our tables. The natural material of wood is always beautifully presented in combination with white, silver and gold – an exceptionally fashionable Christmas period color in a more modern way.
It is normal for Christmas to reign at home from the threshold and to stimulate our senses. Bleached wood on the stairs – especially oak and ash during the holidays – has a new face like wood covered with a white feather. This finish clearly illuminates the interior, emphasizing the openness of space. White is also a constant "safe" color, and during this unique period, every color accent takes effect on a white background. Let us also not forget that the color of the wooden floor and the stairs of light – both artificial, natural and candlelight - has a very unique tone and gives a glow.
The unquestionable charm of wood – the variety of forms and grainings, colors and features make it impossible for the holidays in its surroundings to become warmer!
